AS YOU READ MY FEEDBACK I WANT YOU TO KEEP IN MIND YOUR YEARLY GOAL: TO HAVE FUN, EXCITEMENT AND JOY. REJUVENATE AND HAVE JOY WITH MY HUSBAND. I am preparing to my upcoming busy tax season – January to April. I am doing Landmark Introduction Leadership Program in addition to Energy Course. I am at the end of Seminar of “Invented Life”. I am cooking 2ce per week. I am spending time with my family and having dinners together daily. I have long to do list daily and live by my schedule. HANNA THIS IS YOU LIVING IN YOUR RIGID RULE KEEPER DEFENSE. ALL THIS DOING IS THE BIGGEST OBSTACLE YOU HAVE TO FACE HEAD ON IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO REACH YOUR GOAL. THIS IS WHAT IS KEEPING YOU FROM BEING PRESENT IN THE MOMENT; PRESENT FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS. ALL THIS “DOING” IS KEEPING YOU FROM FEELING WHO YOU ARE, AND, LETTING OTHERS KNOW THE TRUE YOU. THE “DOING” IS THE BOUNDARY YOU HAVE BUILT THAT KEEPS YOU SAFE WHILE GIVING YOU THE SECURITY YOU NEED TO SURVIVE. I am working on my relationships with my husband – we do hiking, walking, cooking together and play games. DOING ALL THESE ACTIVITIES TOGETHER IS A GREAT STARTING PLACE. WHERE IS PASSION AND LOVE FELT IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH BORIS? THIS CAN BE A SAFE HARBOR FOR YOU TO FEEL AND EXPRESS YOUR EMOTIONS.  I am talking to my friends and my brother weekly. I am very proud of my kids and all their achievements. HERE IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE SEEING THEIR LIVES AS WHAT THEY DO. WHAT FEELINGS/EMOTIONS COME UP WHEN YOU THINK OF YOUR SONS? I am talking to my mom 2ce per week. My mom isn’t doing great and she takes care of herself now. YOU CAN ALSO START SHARING WITH YOUR MOM HOW YOU ARE FEELING AND CONNECTING MORE WITH HER ON AN EMOTIONAL LEVEL. WHEN YOU SHARE YOUR FEELINGS WITH OTHERS, YOU ARE INVITING THEM TO SHARE THEIRS AS WELL.
I always have a lot to do and I keep creating and fill my reality with more classes, books and seminars. MAYBE THIS IS TIME TO STOP ALL THE “DOING” AND ENJOY LIFE! I feel behind and anxious not to do anything. I like to be busy. RELAXING AND RESTING IS SELF-LOVE! Occasionally I forget to go out and start remembering when I get overwhelmed. I don’t have too many emotions or feelings TIME TO GO BACK IN TIME TO OBSERVE WHEN IT WAS YOU SHUTDOWN. WAS IT AROUND THE TRAUMATIC EVENT WHEN YOU WERE 18 OR WAS IT EARLIER IN YOUR LIFE? and I am mostly busy whole day and I need high energy to complete it. YOU NEED HIGH ENERGY BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT LIVING IN YOUR CORE PROFILE, WHICH RESULTS IN THIS-> The opposite side of that is I don’t feel excited or joyful, alive. I am better at asking and receiving help. I mostly hold everything to myself and I am tough on myself. THE RULE KEEPER DEFENSE IS THE PERFECTIONIST! I get upset if I don’t do everything on my schedule. I am not in love with myself, don’t appreciate everything I do and quickly focus on my next thing to do…. LIVING IN DEFENSE SETS THE STAGE FOR LOW-SELF ESTEEM AND WORTH. YOU WILL NEVER BE FULFILLED WITH YOUR ACTIONS. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE  SEARCHING AND NOT SATISFIED.

2. Chakra Question: The second chakra includes your feelings and your ability to interact with the world around you. Answer the following questions drawing on materials about Chakra Two and your family history.

a) How do you feel you are blocking your feelings or are sabotaging your ability to express your feelings?

CHAKRA 2 IS ALL ABOUT OUR FEELINGS, EMOTIONS, PASSION AND ENJOYMENT OF LIFE. THIS IS THE FOUNDATION YOU NEED TO MOVE TOWARDS YOUR GOAL. FEAR KEEPS YOU FROM FEELING! OVER TIME FEAR CAN FREEZE YOU TO THE POINT THAT YOU CAN THINK YOU ARE SOLID AND INDESTRUCTIBLE. THIS IS A SURVIVAL ILLUSION. Blocked in asking for my needs any favors from others, self-expression, being kind and generous to myself and others, creating many friends, accepting myself as I am and seeing my beauty, trusting myself and others, loving myself and others, spending time with others, being silly and having fun, being playful, loving others for no reason. YOU CAN BEGIN TO MAKE THE SHIFT BY STARTING WITH YOURSELF AND MAKING NEW RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR CLASSMATES. TRUST ME, THEY WANT TO KNOW THE REAL HANNA!!!

b) How powerful do you feel in your second chakra?

YOU ARE SO AWARE OF THE “LACKING” IN YOUR EARLY LIFE. I wasn’t nurtured in my life. It was tough survival and my chakra 2 isn’t strong. I was sensitive as a child and I learned to manage it. YOU THOUGHT YOU WERE MANAGING IT, IN REALITY YOU LOCKED ALL YOUR EMOTIONS AWAY IN A BOX. NEVER OPENING IT AGAIN! I wouldn’t say I am very sensitive now. I am very business oriented. Also I have a lot to do and I need lots of energy for that. Being emotional will decrease my energy and I am not investing in it. HAVING YOUR FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS IS AN INVESTMENT IN LOVING YOURSELF. WITHOUT EXPRESSING YOUR EMOTIONS IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TO HAVE AN UNCONDITIONAL, NURTURING RELATIONSHIP/ PARTNERSHIP WITH YOUR HUSBAND. YOU BOTH DESERVE A PASSIONATE LIFE TOGETHER. I am interested in being more nurtured and asking more from my husband.

Profile Assessment Question: Having read the material on the Emotional Intelligence Specialist (EIS)/Poor Me (PM), how do you exhibit the core soul qualities of the Emotional Intelligence Specialist and the qualities of the Poor Me defense in your life? Do you feel that this is your primary profile or your primary defense?

My EIS is very low = 14 with 2 profiles taken and I don’t consider it apply to me. I don’t have poor me syndrome. I believe I can change anything in my life. I SENSE A POOR ME WHO WANTS TO LOVE HERSELF AND BE LOVED. IN THE PAST AND NOW YOU ARE SEEKING LOVE AS A REWARD FOR ALL YOU DO. IF YOU CAN CHANGE ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE, START WITH THE “TO-DO-LIST”!!

4. Healing Question: What was your experience giving the Chakra Balance healing? What was the experience of your client? Was the healing done in-person or long distance?

I like giving and receiving. I only gave it to my practice buddy and my husband and myself. I like it so far. WHY DID YOU LIKE IT? WHAT DID YOU FEEL DURING THE HEALING? WHAT EMOTIONS CAME UP FOR YOU? WERE YOU ABLE TO BE IN YOUR SECRET PLACE AND DO THE HEALING WHILE IN YOUR CORE? DOING A HEALING ALLOWS YOU TO COME INTO AN UNCONDITIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH THE OTHER PERSON. IN THIS PLACE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO FEEL!
